While this Covid-19 pandemic has created mass chaos, challenging times and unprecedented changes to how the world functions, it has given people time to slow down, reflect and come together – that is definitely something good. Here at Intown we are still operating, however, as is the case with most smaller (and larger businesses), we have seen a bit of a down tick in work. We are thankful that we still have business and can operate, but our thoughts and prayers are with those who cannot.
What We’re Doing
We are taking all precautions we can while we operate to protect our team members and customers during this time.
- Our team members are wearing gloves and masks at all times during service calls.
- We’re keeping the recommended distances at all times.
- Hand washing or hand sanitizer is required after each visit and gloves are changed out.
- We’re offering no contact service options to customers – please request this when you make your appointment.
What We Ask of You
As we are out in the community working on projects and service jobs for customers on a daily basis, we are not only putting ourselves at risk, but also our families. One thing we ask of you is that you notify us prior to arrival if there is anyone sick on location. This is so that we are aware and can take extra precautions. Please know, there will NOT be any additional charges, cancellation of service, or discrimination towards those that are sick, this is simply to make us aware.
Please contact us should you have any questions or concerns about our services during this pandemic and specifically the quarantine period. Our thoughts are with all those affected by this pandemic including the sick, the front lines, and those unable to work or provide for their families during this time. We are praying for our community and for the world to come together to get through this.
