The Minor Plumbing Repair Program assists in qualifying low-income homeowners, helping them address minor plumbing issues that may cause water waste and increased bills.

• Program Details:
  • Free installation of water-efficient faucets and fixtures, high-efficiency toilets (up to two per household), faucet aerators, and low-flow shower heads.
  • Repairs for leaking faucets, hose bibs, and easily accessible pipe joint leaks.
• Eligibility Requirements:
  • Must be a Dallas Water Utilities customer.
